Daylyst ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered planning and productivity app designed to help users organize their tasks, habits, and goals.

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the app's features.

2.1. Information You Provide

• Account information (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, email if used)
• Tasks, goals, habits, reminders you manually enter
• Subscription data (handled by Apple; we store only "active / expired / cancel date")
• Feedback or support requests

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, OS version, and app version
• Anonymous analytics about app usage and feature performance (via Mixpanel/Posthog or similar)
• Crash logs and diagnostics (via Apple or internal tools)

2.3. Payment Information

We do NOT collect or store your credit card or billing info.

All payments are securely processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit / in-app purchases.

2.4. Cloud Storage

We use Supabase to store:

• Your account identifiers
• Tasks, habits, and settings
• Reminders and related metadata

Supabase uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide app functionality (tasks, reminders, goals, AI suggestions)
• Sync your data across devices
• Improve user experience and app performance
• Provide customer support
• Detect errors and bugs
• Analyze trends to make Daylyst better

We never sell your data.

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share data with service providers needed to operate Daylyst:

• Supabase (secure cloud database)
• RevenueCat (subscription status sync)
• Superwall (paywall A/B testing)
• Analytics providers (Mixpanel/Posthog)
• Apple (App Store purchase verification)
• Crash reporting tools

All vendors follow strong privacy and security practices.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@daylyst.app.

Upon deletion:

• All personal and usage data stored in Supabase is removed
• Subscription history remains with Apple but no longer tied to your account

6. Notifications

Daylyst uses local notifications to remind you of tasks, habits, or goals.

You may disable notifications at any time in system settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Daylyst is not intended for children under 13 years old.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.

8. Security

We use:

• Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud storage
• Access control and authentication
• Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In for protected access

No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your data.
