Terms of Service — Daylyst

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Daylyst, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Daylyst provides task management, habit tracking, AI suggestions, reminders, and productivity features.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

3. Accounts & Login

You may create an account using:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Daylyst offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store.

4.1. Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Settings
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by Daylyst

4.2. Trials

If you receive a free trial:

• You will automatically be billed at the end of the trial unless canceled
• Unused portions of trials may not be refunded

5. User Content

You own the content you create (tasks, goals, habits, notes).

By using Daylyst, you grant us permission to store and sync this content for your use of the app.

We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. AI Features

Daylyst may include AI-generated suggestions.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for verifying important information
• AI features do not replace medical, legal, or professional advice

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the app
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Use Daylyst for any unauthorized commercial purpose

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@daylyst.app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Daylyst is provided "as is" and without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• That the app will always work without interruption
• That all data will be error-free or completely accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightAI Labs LLC is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Damages from inability to access the app
• Errors or bugs
• Any indirect or incidental damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
